This is like no other property out there! This was a Christian retreat/camp. It is so beautiful and serene.. there are facilities here to sleep up to 300, meeting spaces, commercial kitchen, large, dining facilities, five RV pads, 10 cupboard boats slips on a springfed, approximately 80 acre lake that the property fronts.. there are 10 motel rooms, a nurse is stationed that is separate, but attached. there's a covered sports court for basketball another activities. Please note that most of the furniture, office equipment, many of the equipment used to maintain the property will mostly convey depending on negotiations. there's a commercial size pool, lots of ample paved parking and a little gift shop this property like a little town within itself. There are two very deep water wells on the property that do need some maintenance and the beauty of this is that this property sits a couple of miles from the Ozarka water plant. Sellers were told that these water wells are fed by natural springs, which is the beauty of Ozarka and that delicious water. When you huge tall, beautiful mature trees everywhere for amazing shade. Different buildings are set and or scattered around the property and so if one group is there, they may not even be able to see another group which is a nice option.
